ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER: Under the direction of and in collaboration with the nurse manager, this position has 24-hour accountability for their area of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. This environment is supported by the Clinical Team Manager acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related degree (BSN or related must be earned within five years of hire) Certification in Applicable SpecialtyRegistered Nurse EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years Progressive Leadership in a related field 2-3 years Clinical Nursing SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: .
